We are a private, family owned limited company formed on 6th June 1959. Our organisation has a string and energetic management team consisting of directors and area mangers, each having a vast experience of all forms of commercial cleaning. We are also corporate members of the British Institute of Cleaning Science as well as in November 2004 having gained ISO 9001:2000 status, which recognised the quality of our administrative and management systems. Our head office is based in the City of London, EC1, a perfect location for easy access and communication with all clients and we are able to handle any contract, any size with the area of the M25. Our aim is to have clients based within 1 hours travelling time, to have a quick response in case of emergencies. We pride ourselves on excellent supervision and aim to visit contract sites at least once a week. Each contract will be individually tailored to suit the client with the initial visit and quotation free of charge. We also take health and safety into great consideration individually risk assessing each contract. Our client structure consists of 60% government bodies and 40% private companies and we are proud to be an approved contractor for many of the government bodies. Our sound management base ensures strong working relationships with organisations allowing us to grow to our fullest potential, showed by our steady growth and diversification of the our clientele whilst maintaining our client orientation. We provide a fully vetted, trained, qualified and professional workforce with a strong dedication to customer satisfaction. This has led to us attaining a proven track record and great customer loyalty, in the form of repeat business and client referrals. Where necessary, we provide a free initial clean prior to the commencement of any contract and offer constant advice on maintenance, upgrading systems and innovative methods of cleaning.
